Identify a regular time for prayerful reading

and studying the Bible. Reflect on one (1)


scriptural reading one day at a time.
A prayer about if you are worried about
coronavirus pandemic, or any other difficult
trial facing our times today.
Psalm 46:2-4, 9-12
God is for us a refuge and strength,
An ever-present help in time of distress:
So, we shall not fear though the earth should
rock,
Though the mountains quake to the heart of
the sea;
Begin by selecting and praying an Even though its waters rage and foam,
appropriate passage from the Book of Psalm. Even though the mountains be shaken by its
tumult.
The Lord of hosts is with us:
The God of Jacob is our stronghold.
Come and behold the works of the Lord,
The awesome deeds God has done on the
earth.
God puts an end to wars all over the earth;
Breaking bows, snapping spears, and
burning shields with fire:
“Be still and know that I am God,
Exalted over nations, exalted over Earth!”
The Lord of hosts is with us:
The God of Jacob is our stronghold.
Use your imagination to put yourself inside
some of the gospel stories.
1. You are a bystander in the crowd 1.Now a days there are million blind people
watching Jesus heal the blind man who are not healed because there is only
Bartimaeus (Mark 10:46-52) little chance or no chance to healed. Being a
bystander watching how Jesus heal the blind
man I will amaze and increase my faith to
God. And also, I will imagine that all blind
people will be healed and see the beauty of
the earth. The gift of life and sight he
received from Christ are now instruments for
bringing more people to God.
2. You are Samaritan woman at the 2.It is a great feeling when helping others
well when Jesus comes along (John when they needed. I will also give water to a
4:4-42). boy who asking water, I call it a boy because
the Samaritan woman did not know that the
one who asking water is Jesus. Sabi nga nila
huwag mong ipagdamot ang blessing na
meron ka, God will return it more than the
blessing you have earlier.
3. You are one of the disciples walking 3.If I were one of the disciples walking, I will
with Jesus on the road to Emmaus first know the person who is walking with us,
(Luke 24:13-32) and I will not easily trust to stranger. And if I
know more about the person with us, I will
do the same as the two disciples do. But
when Jesus introduce Himself, I will be
surprise, and can’t explain what I see and
who are the person with us walking in the
road. And ill share that gift and good news
to all disciple of God that Jesus is alive and
Jesus is with us. And lastly I will also drink
his blood and eat his body upang tayo ay
mananatiling ligtas at gagabayan ng mahal
nating Panginoon.
