 The school has water and electrical connection.


 Classrooms are well structured, well ventilated with an average no. of electric fan of 20.
 Only the office has printer
 Teachers have their own laptop (personal)
 There are 2 laptops from Dep Ed used by the School REG, School ICT leaders
 Teachers and pupils are practicing garbage segregation, saving water and electric
consumption.
 Kinder to Grade 2 have Reading Corners.

Note:

 There are shortage of textbooks because of big numbers of pupils per grade level, problem
on textbook shortage was addressed through a share a book.

Student Mastery

Achievement Rate for three years through a bar graph with interpretation
The graph shows the difference of the average in each year. Two years back had nothing change in
average but this school year got higher average than previous school year.

Curriculum Audit Program was done per learning area by the teachers to identify the
competencies that were not taught.

III. Education Resources

A. Financial Resources

Note:

The graph shows that the financial resources funding is more on donors with 53% of
the graph, MOOE comes next to the greatest resources of funds while others is the smallest
amount of funding in school.

Note:

 The biggest source of funding comes from the DONORS. The amount is allocated on the feeding
program and gift giving.
 The second source is MOOE, allocated for school operating expenses, like electricity, water, utility
workers, supplies and etc.
 Other sources are the PTA Funds and other stakeholders for the improvement of classrooms and
physical facilities and etc.
