2.ROOMS INCLUDING TOILETS,BATHROOMS,SHOWER ROOMS ETC. &
HALLWAYS AND FLOOR SERVICE SHOULD OCCUPY 50-60% OF FLOOR AREA
3.PUBLIC GUEST ROOM,RESTAURANT,HALL,LOUNGE ETC. SHOULD OCCUPY
4-7% OF FLOOR AREA
4.HOSPITALITY AREAS,RESTAURANTS,BARS NEED 4-8% OF FLOOR AREA
5.BANQUET AREA AND MEETING/CONFERENCE ROOMS NEED 4-12%
