1. In line with Gender and Development Program Implementation espoused by
DepEd Order No. 32, s. 2017 otherwise known as the Gender-Responsive Basic Education Policy the school shall conduct 2020 Employees’ Gender and Development (GAD) Seminar Workshop on Gender Sensitivity and Mental Health with a theme, Advancing Gender Sensitivity and an Adapting Learning Environment and Workplace on April 02-04, 2020 at Gonzaga, Cagayan.
2. The 3 days Employees’ Gender and Development Seminar Workshop for
employees aims to: a. identify gender issues in schools and households; b. appreciated understanding of gender concepts; and c. made commitment to resolve the different forms of gender issues in school. While Development Training on Mental Health aims to: a. to raise employees’ awareness on mental health and positive discipline; b. to appreciate encounter with nature workshops in building social network; and c. to design a personal plan on maintaining healthy behavior and mental practices.
3. Participants to this activity are the TCNHS employees and staffs.
4. 5. Expenses relative to the conduct of the activity, such as transportation, food,
accommodation, speakers’ honoraria and seminar supplies shall be charged against school SHS and JHS MOOE subject to usual accounting and auditing rules and regulations;
