1. How are the provisions of Article XIV of the 1987 Philippine Constitution reflected
in the k-12 education program?
Ans . For me, our country's K-12 education program was created so that we could have a
pleasant and productive learning experience. Article X1V of the 1987 reflex in K-12 was
chosen because it demonstrates the importance of education and will benefit our children
and teachers.
2. What education programs were developed implemented to support this
constitutional provision?
Ans.
Improve the basic education program - basic education is intended to meet basic learning
needs while also laying the groundwork for future learning.
3. What should the government do to further improve the quality of Philippine
education?
Ans . In my opinion, the government should make an effort to develop a program and facilities
that will aid in the expansion of teaching and learning for education.

Ans . States protect teachers' rights by providing them with more opportunities, securing their
rights in a confidential manner, raising the flag for them for their heroic teaching and guiding of

teach, among others. For.
2. Interview teachers. How do they perform their duties in the school and in their
specific community?
As teacher Mark explained, before going to school, he must prepare himself and his

2. What are the things that need to be improved in the Licensure Examination for
Teachers?
Focusing on what they read, understanding the question that they read, developing a
technique for answering the question, and, most importantly, motivating themselves
and remaining positive regardless of what happens are the things that need to be
improved in the let or licensure examination for teachers, in my opinion..

1. Do you think the provisions in this law are observed in all public schools in the
country?
Ans. For me, the answer is unequivocally yes, because this law is clearly visible in all public
schools, particularly in the Philippines, where every school adopts and implements the
provisions listed in each article and section. And, as we all know, the purpose of this law is
to promote and strengthen public school teachers' social and economic positions, as well as
their working conditions.
2. What are the positive and negative practices on the systems of hiring promotion
and tenure of public school’s teachers?
Ans. Because of the high demand for school teachers in the country, positive practices on the
hiring, promotion, and tenure systems of a public school teacher are that the school will
enhance and improve their teaching strategies as well as the teaching method in teaching their
respective students, while there are some public school teachers out there who have passed
the LET but haven't provided

the government?

1. Interview some public and private school teachers. What are the usual violations
of the Code of Ethics for Professional Teachers committed by some teachers?
According to Dela Rosa (30) and Ortiz (28), a public and private school teacher,
some of the unethical behavior or conduct violations of the teacher include
having a sexual interaction between the teacher and the students, which is not
good and strictly prohibited on school grounds, and soliciting students or
parents to purchase equipment and other school classroom materials for the
teacher, the other is asking students or parents to buy equipment and other
school classroom resources for the sake of their grades, so the students have no
choice but to buy those goods because it will influence their grades and irritate
their parents.
2. Considering the enormous expectations and responsibilities of teachers, what can
the schools and community members do to help and support them?
Schools and community members have both functions and principles in the way they
use their authority, knowledge, skills, and abilities to serve and be effective
participants in both aspects of their lives. They are also implementing "the
bayanihan system," which will benefit them and make their schoolwork more
profitable..
3. What can teachers do to their working relations with parents?
Having excellent interactions with teachers and parents, encouraging parental engagement,
and having positive teacher and parent qualities and personalities may have a huge impact on
each other in so many facets of their lives, they’re both wonderful volunteers/supporters at
school events and other similar activities that can assist them grow and participate actively in
such a way.
