Being an entrepreneur in current times is not easy,


different people with different perspectives have
their own opinions about what it takes to be a self-
made entrepreneurs, but do we actually know what
goes on in the mind of one? To find out I, Aditya
Shrivastava made up 10 questions to ask a
particular self-made entrepreneur Mr. Rishikesh
Shahane ( Founder of All Day Buck).

All Day Buck – A Streetwear fashion business


started in 2016 by Rishikesh Shahane to fulfill the
needs of streetwear which was not available in the
mainstream markets.
Here is how the exchange of questions and answers
went like-
Question 1- How did the idea for your business
come about?
Answer- Back in 2015-16 there was like too much
crazy started for street wear / street fashion in
India. Even I personally wanted some street
merchandise but no one in India was selling, so i
thought we should start with street wear.
Question 2- What was your key driving force to
become an entrepreneur?
Answer- Freedom for work anytime, anywhere
made me be an entrepreneur
Question 3- How has being an entrepreneur
affected your family life?
Answer- At start a lot like i was unable to attend
family function nor spend time with family as i had
to work for more than 12 hours a day.
Question 4- How do you generate new ideas?
Answer- Brain storming session with my teammates
Question 5- How did you distinguish yourself from
your competitors?
Answer- Our main focus now is Single Product
customization which no one offer in the market at
our price.
Question 6- What was unexpected?(After you
started your business).
Answer- Enjoying the process.
Question 7- What is one thing you find to be true
that most people would disagree with?
Answer- That you start getting addicted toward
your business.
Question 8- Assuming if you were to do the same
venture again from scratch, what would you do
differently?
Answer- I will start the right way marketing from
the day 1.
Question 9- Other than deciding to work for
yourself, what was the single most important
decision you made that contributed to your
success?
Answer- Dedication / consistency
Question 10- How did you come up with the name
for your company? (All Day Buck)
Answer- I was in to Krump dancing & if you do
something outta the box or do something that no
one else has done, then they call “you are so
BUCK”.
