Q1: How organizational behavior can improve employees’ work quality and productivity? Is
it good to teach OB course to the students? Justify your answer with proper references and
examples. (3 marks).

Yes OB principle improve employees work quality and productivity Because OB helps to
shape and model the behavior through analysis for positive impact with the organization
success or failure of a business depends on the effective management of the employees.
Yes definitely it is necessary to teach OB course to the students. Its help students professional
career because OB is a subject that can break misconception or misunderstanding about
organization .To manage a people its important to understand how ideas feelings and
activates control behavior and we are a management student this course helps us for complex
human nature and behavior. When we are understand the subject we see understanding the
relationships between employees and organization
For example:
I am manager of XYZ company after complete the course I know how can understand I
understand my employees I can easily identify the rights methods to motivate the team and
easily identify the problems solution it helps sales analysis through intuition that can
effective for my organization
Q2: Explain the application of Affirmative action plan (AAP) in Pakistan. Is it good or bad?
Also comment Women Leadership in organizations, what kind of myths are associated with
female working in our society? Also explain some strategies for their inclusion. (5 Marks)
Q3: Is this current era is for disposable workers? Explain the concept of
disposable workers and its applicability with respect to economic and business environment
in both local and international context? (3 marks)
Q4: Experiential exercise to check your verbal communication. Write four (4) points either in
favor or against on given below points/arguments. Refer articles/blogs/experts ‘interviews to
