PROPOSAL OF AN ACTION PLAN
30 DAYS ACTIVITIES CHART TO ENCOURAGE STUDENTS TO CREATIVELY WRITE SHORT TEXTS IN ENGLISH.
The 4 students selected for this action plan will be the ones developing these activities and the teacher will have a field diary where
he/she will see their progress throughout one month. The action plan will start on Monday, March 22nd and will end on Tuesday, April
20th. ( evidences of some of the activities will be updated on a virtual portfolio BLOGGER)

where the teacher will be located. To start
the game the teacher will name a
grammatical category, for example: NOUN
and the student who raises his/her hand first
will say a noun from the word list OR if the
teacher says RUN the student who first
raises his/her hand will have to say what
grammatical category does that word belong
to, in this care “run” is a verb. If the student
is right he/she will score 10 points. The
game will end when they don't have more
words in the wordlist. (good pronunciation
is a MUST)
In case two students are tied, they will share
the prize or they will play again to select a
winner. The decision will be up to them.
The winner will get a cash bonus for
$20.000

will be a biography. THIS IS MY the students will start writing their own pencil/pen
BIOGRAPHY! biography with the help of the teacher. They photos
(PRODUCTION) will follow each step and will have the meet/whatsapp
photos of themselves as an extra help to get
creative when writing.
The students can use the dictionary, google
translator and the help of the teacher if they
don't know the meaning of a word.
In this class the students should finish at
least half of their biography.
19 To motivate them to WHAT A CLIP! The students will select what character they meet/whatsapp 1 hour
practice their speaking. will be in the video and they will start notebook
practicing what they have to say in the pencil/pen
conversation.
The teacher will tell them they will have to
act this scene at the end of the month so they
have to put an extra effort in the rehearsals.
20 To give them something MUSIC TO THE Students will choose a song during the internet 1 hour

27 To motivate students to VIRTUAL The students will have to create a virtual internet 2 hours

The students must share the link of this
portfolio with the teacher in the group chat.
They will also print out the biography as if it
was a book, and they have to hand it to the
teacher in the last class for further evidence
of their work.

to keep on working hard the video together, and both will decide
