PRESENT CONTINUOUS (presente continuo)

BE + VERB -ing
(am / is / are) (reading)

Reglas para añadir -ing al verbo principal


wear wearing
Regla general Añaden:
drink drinking
(la mayoría de los verbos)
-ing play playing
dance dancing
Se quita la -e y se añade:
Los verbos terminados en: -e have having
-ing make making
Doblan la última consonante run running
Los verbos terminados en:
consonante + vocal + consonante sit sitting
y se añade: -ing swim swimming
