 Teaching Methodology: class lectures will be synchronous, but they will be recorded for the benefit of students facing connectivity issues.

 Lecture details: This course will entail synchronous teaching during allocated class timings. All classes shall be recorded and uploaded on LMS. In addition to
this, there may be few additional tutorials conducted, alongside guest lectures, which shall be conducted live as well. Some of the lectures shall also include in-
class discussions and activities.

COURSE OBJECTIVES

This course aims to provide an overview of public law, focusing primarily on constitutional structures, and an understating of
administrative law and administrative bodies.

Assignment(s): 25% (5% + 10% + 10%)
Attendance & Class Participation: 15%
Project: 30%
Final Examination: 30%

There will be a 3 short assignments spread across the semester. Furthermore, the class will be divided into smaller groups of their own choice, and
collectively they will work on a research project due at towards the end of the semester. A group may decide to present their project earlier as
well. The final exam will be timed, and online. Class participation will be written, details of which shall be shared separately.
