Video printer problems.
• DESCRIPTION
Sometimes the synchronization of the video signal is bad which results in a double image print. A new
backend software release (C: 3.1.0#1) has been issued to resolve this problem.
Examples:
• ACTION
To check the software version and backend firmware versions, switch on the unit and press the MENU key on
the keyboard. Now select SYSTEM ADMINISTRATION.

If the software level of the involved MyLab is lower than C:3.0, update all files. For further installation
instructions, please consult software news document number 21A27SN05.
In case the software level of the involved MyLab is C:3.0, but the backend software version is C:3.0.0#1
update the backend software only. The last version is available from the Maastricht Product Support site.
Backend_Software_C3_1.ZIP contains the required file ‘backend.bin’. Unzip the file to a flash drive and install
it to the MyLab15 or MyLab20. Detailed installation instructions are described in software news MyLab15
document number 21A27SN05.
