1) We supply the whole set technology; you can send the technician to be train in our company.
2) We can send technician to go abroad and train the operators in the buyer factory, the training
time is two week. The buyer just bears the round-trip ticket, food and lodge. During the
training time , there is need to pay for $80 per day for each technician.
3) The date of the delivery: 40 working day to send the first shot sample for
approval after received the 40% T/T payment in advance.
4) Payment terms: 40% T/T payment in advance, 60% T/T payment before one week time of
delivery.
5)GUARANTEE
The guarantee time is one year after the machines normally works in the Buyer’s factory, if only
the problem is cause due to quality control or any reason by the Seller. We will supply replaced
parts free of charge and our engineers will guide you how to solve the problems.
Any problem caused due to irregular operation or incorrect maintenance by the Buyer won’t be
listed in guarantee coverage.

Automatic preform input and bottle output system.

Machine adopt overall structure of super-standard anti-vibration design,high-speef operation state of
the machine ensures shake down to a minimun,and ensure that the life of components using will not
affected from mechanical vibrations.
Machine adopts modular assembly methods greatly decreases local amendments due to technological
improvements when the machine is on processing.
In order to ensure the rate of finished products, the oven which used in measuring the performance of
the machine, is very important. The structure of machine oven adopt international most advanced
energy-saving technology of infrared radiation heating, temperature control with automatic negative
feedback, closed-loop regulation model.
Automation and control uses international high-end computer system, heating, collecting and
measuring preform temperature with simulation input and output module.
Man-machine interface displays current production stiuation, avaliable for switching on line,
parameter modification and production statistics, with automatic alarm, automatic fault detection
and diagnose.
Storing more than 7 kinds blowing specification, when change different bottle and preform, we can
directly got the ready specification from computer.
Adopt latest international air component, high flow blowing and exhausting sysytem, ensure
high-speed operation.

We adopt infrared ray heating mode, which has superior
heat radiation and thermal penetration ability to make the
machine reach the required temperature in the high-speed
working condition. There are infrared ray tubes in three
heating areas. With the corresponding independent voltage
adjustment module and computer control system, it can
provide ideal heating effect for different types of preform.
The level position of each infrared tube can be adjusted so
that the flexibility of the machine is greatly improved.
Clamping system
We adopts four-plate type toggle
clamping unit to provide powerful
clamping force and increase the
clamping speed. Apart from the
four-plate type toggle clamping unit,
there is a high pressure assistant
clamping device that is special
designed to get a firm clamping.
4) Operation Step:
The standard operation of automatic stretch blow molding machine includes four steps as follow
Step 1. Put the preform into preform container and the conveyer will take the preform to orientation units
automatically.
Step 2. Load the preform at neck up to preform holder, and then preform is conveyed into baking tunnel.
Step 3. After heating, preform is conveyed into the blow station, then close the mold, stretch and blow under
low pressure and high pressure, exhaust, open the mold.
Step 4. The finished bottle is taken off by automatic discharging system
