    SUPPLEMENTAL MOTION FOR RECONSIDERATION


    WITH SUBMISSION
    Respondent respectfully states THAT:

    1. Respondent seasonably filed his Motion For Reconsideration on


    the Decision dated September 17, 2019 which was received on January
    21, 2020 on the above-captioned case. Said motion was filed on January
    30, 2020 at 4:00 P.M. and duly received by ________________;

    2. Respondent alleged under Page four (4) of the said Motion the
    mitigating circumstances of awards and commendations, to wit:

    Firstly, the respondent is a recipient of several awards and


    commendations such as enumerated in the said Report of Investigation,
    to wit:

    3. While the Motion For Reconsideration was seasonably filed,


    Respondent however failed to attach the awards and
    commendations that he received to the Motion For Reconsideration
    that he filed. Thus, in order not to set the Motion at naught,
    Respondent is attaching said awards and commendations marked
    as Annexes “1”, “2”, “3”, “4”, “5”, “6”, “7”, “8”, and “9”and made as
    integral parts of the previously filed Motion For Reconsideration;

    4. Additionally, respondent was diagnosed of psychological or


    psychiatric illness as supported by a Medical Certificate hereto
    attached as Annex “10” and made as integral part hereof;

    RELIEF
    WHEREFORE, premises considered it is most respectfully prayed
    THAT:
    a. The ATTACHED AWARDS AND COMMENDATIONS and MEDICAL
    CERTIFICATE be ACCEPTED as attachment to the seasonably filed
    Motion For Reconsideration; and
    b. The awards and commendations and the medical certificate be
    appreciated as mitigating circumstances.
    Other just and equitable reliefs under the premises are likewise
    prayed for.
