Weekly summary:
Since this was our first time experiencing work immersion. it’s quite challenging yet
enjoyable. We are assigned in saint Jerome’s parish multi-purpose hall by our work immersion
adviser Sir Alvin Jay P. Alquesor. There are rules and regulations that needs to be follow: only
you should time in and time out your daily time record. The supervisor’s help and guide us what
to do and how to do it. In a little bit of time my co- workers experienced the level of happiness
when the supervisors tasked and divided us by group to finish the given task on time.

B. STUDENT PRACTICUM JOURNAL (DAILY JOURNAL)
March 9,2020
On the first day of our work immersion we are assigned on Saint Jerome’s Parish Multi-
Purpose Hall by our work immersion adviser Mr. Alvin Jay P. Alquesor.
We’ve done the flag ceremony and we are assisted by Madam Benedicta Dela Pena to
check our papers for the deployment, at exactly 8:00 in the morning we are ask to log in in the
daily time record (DTR) that was given to us. There are rules and regulations that are discussed.
The secretary asked us to give our requirements one by one and to introduce our names after
fulfilling all the requirements, we waited until 9:00 to start the given task and to meet our
manager Ms. Rosal A. Domingo for the passing of resume, application and recommendation.
Therefore, we begin our work immersion and we are task to write down all the names in
the brown envelope and put each files to its proper place. We consume our time in doing copy
and paste, arranging its number from least to greatest to easily determine the files. When 10:00
comes, we enjoyed every moment of it and during break we are allowed to go outside to buy
snacks and foods in just 15 minutes. As the hours goes by we are doing our best to finish the
given task but I think we cannot finish it because we are lack of time and the files are many and
there it goes morning fades, afternoon comes we did not even notice the time and at exactly 5:00
in the afternoon, it is our dismissal. We clean and arrange all the papers that are shear and to log
out in the daily time record and that ends for the first day of work immersion.
March 10, 2020
On the second day of work immersion we do cutting all the printed papers and place it to
the brown envelope and we separate all the files to its proper places and after that we have our
lunch break in 1 hour. In the afternoon we continue cutting papers and in the afternoon we clean
and pick up all the dirt in our work area.
March 11,2020
On the third day of work immersion we still continue to cut all the papers and paste it to
brown envelope, fix the boxes and cut the files to separate it by names and arrange all the
finished envelope and separate it to its proper places, and in the afternoon we still do the same
we cut and arrange all the files and we clean our workplace area.
March 12,2020
On the fourth day of our work immersion we copy and paste of almost hundreds of names
and separate it by thousands to determine easily and we still do the same way we cut, paste and
arrange all the files and in the afternoon we clean and still do the same and at exactly 5:00 we log
out in the daily time record and that’s the end of the fourth day of our work immersion.
March 13,2020
