Our Attorney-in-Fact shall have full powers and authority to do and undertake all
acts on our behalf that we could do personally including but not limited to:
1. To represent us before the proper Bureau of Internal Revenue (BIR) for

the processing and securing of our Tax Identification Numbers (TIN);
2. To make, sign, execute and submit to the BIR all such documents as may
be necessary to facilitate the processing of said TIN;
3. To pay the necessary fees and dues as may be appropriate to effect such
applications and/or requests; and
4. In general to do all other acts, deeds, matters, and things whatsoever

relating to our interests over the aforementioned process, as fully and
effectual to all intents and purposes as we could lawfully do in our own
proper persons if personally present.
HEREBY GIVING AND GRANTING unto said attorney-in-fact full power and
authority to do and perform every act and thing of whatever requisite and necessary to
be done in and about the premises, and hereby ratifying and confirming all that our
