Indian Institute of Management Ahmedabad (IIMA) is happy to announce its first Online Faculty Development
Programme in Pedagogy and Research Methods. We invite applications from motivated faculty members and
educators in management and allied areas.
IIMA has been conducting an on-campus residential Faculty Development Programme (FDP) since 1979. Over the
years, the FDP has developed a strong reputation for excellence in the professional development of management
educators. This year, the developments around COVID19 have presented both challenges as well as opportunities to
reinvent ourselves. The challenge was that we had to cancel the regular on-campus FDP this year. However, we also got
the opportunity to design a new online programme that can provide significant value and benefit for the professional
development of management educators.

OBJECTIVES HOW IS THE ONLINE FDP DIFFERENT FROM THE
