Heartfulness: One Humanity, One Heart

Historically known as Sahaj Marg or Natural Path, Heartfulness is a unique approach

to the Raja Yoga system of meditation. The practice was founded in India at the turn
of the twentieth century and in 1945 it was formalized as the Shri Ram Chandra
Mission.

Heartfulness is a set of self-development practices that support inner calm and

stillness in a fast-paced world. These easily adopted practices are available to people
over the age of 15 from all walks of life, cultures, religious beliefs and economic
status. There is no dogma attached with Heartfulness practice.

Heartfulness is supported by a large volunteer base and research centers worldwide.

All Heartfulness practices, and group and individual sessions, are offered free of
charge.
