Responsibilities
• Attend and complete all lectures, class exercises, workshops and assessments
• Complete the course feedback* at the end of class to help us improve quality of course
• Complete the post course survey sent about three to six months after class attendance to help us continuously
improve the application of learning to work

*Notes
• SSG will conduct centralized training quality survey, the link of which will be emailed to trainees, on the last day of
class (for training quality survey), as well as a few months later (for the training outcome survey)

• Agile concepts applied to individual’s non IT product/work
• Agile concepts applied to team’s work on non-IT products/services
• Agile concepts applied to business environment in agile work on IT product
