Human Resource Development (HRD) is a valuable framework on helping and motivating

employees develop their individual and administrative skills, knowledge, and abilities.

Human Resource Development provides such opportunities as employee training,

employee career development, performance management and development, coaching,

mentoring, succession planning, key employee identification, tuition assistance, and


organization development. [ CITATION Dee15 \l 1033 ]

HRD from an organizational point of view is a process in which the employees of an

organization were able to help or motivate in order to acquire and develop technical,

managerial and behavioral knowledge, skills and abilities, and inculcate values, beliefs,

attitude that are necessary to perform present and future roles by realizing their maximum

human potential with a view to contribute meaningfully to the organizational, group,

individual and social goals or objectives.

Effective performance of an organization depends not just on the available resources, but

its quality and aptitudes as required by the organization from time to time. The significant

difference between two nations depends mainly on the level of quality of human resources.

Likewise, the difference in the level of performance of two organizations also depends on

utilization value of human resources. Moreover, the efficiency and effectiveness of

production process and various field of management be subject to a greater extent on the

level of human resources development.
