Prone Poses (on belly) Uncomfortable for Cobra, bow, sphinx mother, not advised for safety of baby 7. Closed Twists Too much pressure on Revolved triangle, revolved abdominal cavity side angle, seated closed twist 8. Hot Yoga Overheating can cause Moksha, Bikram miscarriage and/or birth defects
