Publicity/ Ethics Committee

Role Descriptor
As member of the Publicity Committee you will take an active role in
communicating the status of the HPE 2204 Volleyball season to Blackboard.
As member of the Publicity Committee you are also required to produce a
code of ethics by which the SEPEP season will be conducted. Some of these
decisions may be made together with the tutor, but in most instances the
Records Committee will be sole decision-making body.

Your Tasks / Duties may include


 Post all relevant information regarding the season from the various
committees to Blackboard.
 Provide a code of ethics by which the SEPEP season will be conducted
by each player and team.

In conjunction with the ESE/Festivity Committee

 Design promotional material for display promoting the SEPEP Volleyball


season.
 Preview the week’s coming games.
 Provide written reports regarding players and teams performances
throughout the SEPEP season.
 Capture and post photographs of the competitors and their teams to
Blackboard.
 Promote the SEPEP Volleyball Season.

ESE and Festivity Committee
Role Descriptor
As member of the ESE Committee you will take an active role in organizing
the various ESE and be involved making the HPE 2204 Volleyball season
festive. Some of these decisions may be made together with the tutor, but in
most instances the Sports Board will be sole decision-making body.
