STAFF REIMBURSEMENT

Staffs prepare expenses claims submit to Respective Head of Department


for approval. After approval, they will submit to Finance Dept.

Sort and check by Cashier to ensure :


- Claims form are signed and approved by Respective Head of Dept.
- To Ensure calculation is correct

- All claims are supported by original official receipts

Pass it to Head of Finance Department to ensure :


- All claims are in accordance to the employee handbook
- Correct calculation
- To approve the Expense Claim Form

After approval, Cashier will Pay that amount to Staff and all claims will file
in Payment Voucher File

* Pembayaran reimbursement akan dibayarkan setiap tanggal 5 dan 20 setiap bulannya

*** Jika lembur di kantor tdk perlu mengisi expenses claim form lagi
