Why Are Primary Sources Important in The Study of Philippine History?

Primary sources are important for studying Philippine history for three reasons. First, they provide direct evidence of past events and promote a deeper understanding of history. Second, primary sources are snippets of history that encourage further research. Third, primary sources offer an unfiltered window into the past by showing the artistic, social, scientific, and political achievements of the time period through the perspectives of people who lived during that period.
