VRLA Battery & Charger (Operation) The charger charges the batteries after use, similar to mobile phone chargers. Chargers are rated in terms of charging current [Amperes] and battery pack voltage (48V/2.7A). The charger converts an AC supply to DC to store power in battery. This charger can be used with any normal domestic AC plug point [5A or 15A]. This makes charging of the battery pack easy and convenient. Moreover, the charger provided along with your HERO Electric e-bike is designed to avoid over charging. Note: Your HERO Electric dealer should provide a fully charged battery upon delivery of your E-Bike, should this not be the case, please ensure that prior toits first use, you fully charge the battery. Charging your HERO electric e-bike 1. Connect the charger to the battery by plugging the connector into the charger socket. 2. Plugthe chargerinto wall outlet, ensuring the charger is turn OFF. 3. Do not take sharp turns while driving. Reduce the speed while turning. ‘While going downa steep slope do not accelerate. |. Beware of potholes while driving on road.
