The Municipality of Pinamalayan has a strong desire to expand its horizon through
linkages with other local government units, thus, opening opportunity for community
development and nation building.
Relative thereto, the Municipal Government of Pinamalayan for purpose of
strengthening friendship ties and instituting a working venue of communication in
facilitating exchange of information and technology, income generation strategy, socio-
cultural activity and fiscal management, health care facilitation, public education
intensification and other important aspect of local governance would like to request for
the establishment of Sisterhood agreement with Muntinlupa City.

The Municipal Government of Pinamalayan, a First class Municipality envisioned to
become the first component city in the Second District of Oriental Mindoro. We believe
that collaboration with different best local government within the country would help us
in attaining our ultimate goal.
Currently, we have plans to rehabilitate our public market and one of our major
consideration is to minimize air and water pollution. It is known that Muntinlupa Public
Market is one of the best premiere market in the country when it comes to wastewater
treatment facility. In thrust to have a broad understanding on the process based on your
experience, we came up with the idea of having a Study Tour on July 15, 2019.
In line with this, we are pleased to inform you that we have chosen the Muntinlupa
Public Market as the most appropriate destination for our study tour to benchmark on
matters concerning wastewater treatment.
We are optimistic that our enthusiasm to conduct the aforementioned benchmarking will
be given priority and importance.
