How to Enroll:

1. Accomplish the enrollment form by providing the correct information. Please


use the course code provided in the table.
2. Attach the accomplished form to PHIL-STD_e-learning@[Link]. Please do
not send snapshot of the details.
3. Learner and the manager will receive an email that confirms the processing of
the request.
a. ALL enrollment forms received on or before 12 noon will be processed
within the day. The learner will receive access 1:00 am the following day.
b. Enrollment forms received after 12 noon will be processed the next
business day. The learner will receive access 2 days after at 1:00 am.
4. Learner will receive an email with the following: Course Link, Access Details, and
User Guide for FAQs.
5. Upon completion of the course/exam, the learner may view and print the
training certificate.
Enrollment Requirements:

1. A valid and active email address of the learner


2. An internet connection (DSL is preferred)
3. Compatible devices: Windows-based and Mac OS-based computers/laptops
4. Non-compatible devices: Mobile devices (phones and tablets)
5. For courses with modules: any of the latest modern internet browsers (Internet
Explorer, Google Chrome, and Safari) updated to its latest version
6. For re-enrollment: P250.00 Re-enrollment Fee thru ACS deduction or payment
in any client service centers
7. One course only per learner
