Section A: Name – The name of this organization shall be ALLIANCE OF BONIFIDE MANAGERS
(ABM).
The Alliance of Bonafide Managers (ABM) is a club of future entrepreneurs and managers who
share a common passion for excellence in business and professional growth. Moreover, it was established
to educate, promote, encourage, network, and develop aspiring and successful entrepreneurs. Through a
series of engagements with successful business owners and experts, learning events, mentorship, and
networking opportunities, members of the society learn the crucial elements necessary to become
successful managers.
The Alliance of Bonafide Managers (ABM) in its initial year, aims to offer activities which include
intensive entrepreneurial forum, invitation of guest speakers for marketing principles and customer service
symposiums, print marketing contest and workshop for marketing plan and research and conduct
marketing exhibit.
Section A: Membership shall be open to all ABM Strand Senior High School students of Holy Spirit
National High School Annex.
Section B: Members are considered to be active if they attend at least three (3) meetings and participate
in at least one (1) activity during the academic year.
Section B: Any active member of the club shall be eligible to hold any appropriate office
Section C: The officers shall be elected on the month of July of each year. Only the members of Grade
11 and 12 ABM Strand that are present will be allowed to vote
Section D: The term of office for each officer will be one year and will start after the election of officers
Section E: If a vacancy occurs in the office of the President, the Vice-President shall assume the office
for the remainder of the term and vacancies in any other office shall be filled by a special
election.

expenditures (including receipts if appropriate).

Section G. The Business Managers - It shall be the duty of the Business Managers to:

communicating with the HSNHS community to organize activities.
g.3. Assist the PRO in relaying information to members of the different grade levels.
Section H: The Sgt. At Arms - It shall be the duty of the Sgt. At Arms to:

Section A: The faculty advisor shall be the advisers of the ABM Strand from the Senior High School
department.
Section B: Faculty advisor shall perform the duties and responsibilities below:
determines the role of the club officers and conduct election of club officers
promotes and monitors the club goals to keep the class on task
holds club meetings at least once a month to discuss interest and plan activities
works with club to develop budget for all activities and events
Section A: The number and frequency of meetings held each academic year will be determined by a
consensus of the club officers. The goal is to allow for a flexible meeting schedule, which
would attempt to accommodate the schedules of all members.
Section A: This constitution may be amended by a two-thirds majority vote of the active members of the
club provided that the proposed amendments are also approved by the Rules and Regulations
Committee of the Supreme Student Government (SSG).
