Greetings!

We, in RAVAGO EQUIPMENT RENTALS, INC., prioritize the safety and health of our
employees and also the safeness in our office and other establishments. As of the moment,
there has been a large percentage of reported fire incident within this month of February in
the year 2017. In relation to that, we in the company would like to orient and train our
employees of what we should do if the time comes or if more possible to prevent that
incident to happen.

Please accept this letter as our formal request from our company, RAVAGO
EQUIPMENT RENTALS, INC. for the Caloocan City Fire Station to conduct and facilitate a fire
drill and seminar on Tuesday, February 28, 2017 if possible, in one of our establishment
located at 73 C-3 Road, Baranggay 022, District 2, Caloocan City, Metro Manila,
Philippines. We suggest conducting the fire drill by in the morning, depends upon your
availability.
