Learning Activity/Sample Task:
1. Introduction/Set Induction: I will start the lesson by giving
a quick history on volleyball. I will use my PowerPoint to
show my class some of the skills in volleyball. I have
created a few extra slides on the forearm pass (todays
lesson). Using my laptop that I have connected to our TV,
I will use YouTube to show a few videos on the forearm
pass. This will help visual learners. This is my anticipatory
hook. Showing clips will grab their attention on how fun
volleyball can be.
2. Fitness Concepts: (Put a check next to all that apply)

Visual cues are good for visual learners. The YouTube clips will be a great help to show good technique and
some history of volleyball.
