11/13/2023 Wilmington, Ohio Ohio-based transportation company R+L Carriers is pleased to announce the opening of a new service center in Findlay, Ohio. This new facility becomes the fourth service center in Ohio, behind the corporate headquarters in Wilmington, as well as the Norwalk and Columbiana locations.

Located at 3301 McLane Drive, this vast service center is just two miles from Interstate 75. Coming in at 190,000 square feet, the structure sits on 120 acres of land. The facility debuts with an impressive 243 dock doors, an eight-bay maintenance shop, four-lane fuel island and 5,000 square feet of office space. Altogether, this service center will employ nearly 200 people. Its immense freight capacity will be integral to servicing customers in the Great Lakes region, as well as linehaul routes in the Midwest heading through northern Indiana.

R+L Carriers originated in Ohio in 1965 and remains committed to providing quality service for all our customers, both intrastate and nationwide, said Greg Bronner, R+L Carriers VP of Marketing and Business Critical Sales. The new terminal will immediately service markets in Toledo, Bellefontaine, Findlay and Lima, soon to be followed by Sidney, Delaware, Marysville and Marion, all under the scope of the Findlay facility.

The new service center brings job openings for drivers, dock workers and office staff to the city of Findlay.
