Kimmo Soramäki
Kimmo Soramäki is the founder and CEO of FNA, a software vendor specialising in mapping, modelling and visualising interconnected financial systems. Before founding FNA in 2013, he worked for 15 years in policy-making and multi-disciplinary research positions at several central banks, including the European Central Bank and the Federal Reserve Bank of New York.
A frequent contributor to academic journals in the areas of finance, operations research and statistical mechanics, Soramäki is in constant demand as a featured speaker at industry and academic conferences on topics ranging from financial technology to systemic risk. He holds a doctor of science in operations research and a master of science in economics, both from Aalto University in Helsinki.
