Ines Bond, 90, was received into the arms of Jesus on Thursday, October 31, 2024 at her home.
Ines was born on September 14, 1934 in Olive Hill, Kentucky to Theodore and Alfie “Pearl” (Back) Nolen. She married her husband in 1955, Estle, and they spent nearly 70 years together raising a beautiful family. They supported the family with love and hardwork. The matriarch of the family, Ines was a devoted wife, loving mother, cherished grandmother, great-grandmother, sister, and dedicated friend. She valued memories made with her grandchildren and great-grandchildren and held the time they spent together as very special to her. She was a true example of the definition of serving others, as she was the most caring and hospitable soul. She will also be remembered for her feisty and ornery tendencies. When she found a free moment, and she wasn’t caring for others or her home, she loved to read.
Those who loved and cherished Ines include her husband, Estle “Vernon” Bond; children, Ron (Annette) Bond, Brenda (Ted) Weaver, and Jerry (Wendy) Bond; grandchildren, Lindsay Weigler and Kyle (Christina) Bond; great-grandchildren, Addison, Bennett, and Cooper; sister-in-law, Lana Nolen; and many other cherished family and friends.
She was preceded in death by her parents; and her brothers, Hurtice, Dolson (Louise), Huston, Roy, and Hazel Nolen.
