Notes:

The Web site of the University of Zurich (my employer at the time of writing this paper) has been reorganized last year. I finally managed to retreive a copy of the paper and make it available again, at http://www.sw.it.aoyama.ac.jp/2012/pub/IUC11-UTF-8.pdf. It should be available there for the next 15-20 years.
