Sign-ups open for Miss Ponca City

With a total of 7 titles to give away, the Miss Ponca City and Miss Heartland pageant is back and looking for the next young ladies to wear crowns for Oklahoma. Age categories include 4 through 13 for the Littles and ages 14 through 27 for the Miss and Teen contestants.
