The Avatar: Elements event for Fortnite is here, allowing Aang to join his friends as an obtainable outfit. Alongside Aang comes a slew of other new cosmetics and quests.

You could already get Korra as part of the Chapter 5 Season 2 battle pass, but a few of the characters from the original Avatar: The Last Airbender series have joined the fray.
You can grab Toph, Zuko, and Katara for 2,000 v-bucks each, each replete with their own backbling, pickaxe, and Lego Fortnite style. You can also buy a bundle with Zuko and Katara for 3,200 v-bucks. There’s also the Air Flurry emote for 500 v-bucks, which replicates Aang’s iconic airbending marble trick from the Kyoshi Island episode of the show.
For Aang’s skin, you’ll need to get the top reward from the Avatar: Elements Premium Reward Track.
Based on past reward track events, like the Jujutsu Kaisen event, we can likely expect Aang’s outfit to eventually hit the Fortnite shop as a regular skin you can purchase down the line. However, some of the other cosmetics and emotes may not come back. (The Yuji Itadori skin and his pickaxe came back to the shop, but a few of the cosmetics have still not returned as of this writing.)

For this event, you’ll earn Chi by completing quests. As you earn more and more Chi, you’ll unlock things on the pass. Once you complete enough quests to open all six Chakras, you’ll get the coveted Appa glider.
If you drop 1,000 v-bucks, you’ll upgrade to the Premium Reward Track. You’ll get all of the regular rewards plus a second set that includes things like back bling and pickaxes. You’ll also immediately unlock the Aang skin and Lego style.
Fortnite Avatar: Elements Chakra quests
The quests are all available now, but you’ll need to complete one Chakra to unlock the next one. The event ends on Friday, May 3, at 2 a.m. EDT.

The Water Chakra
There are six quests to complete during this segment, but you only need to complete four of them to earn the Water Chakra. Each quest rewards 350 Chi.
- Visit an Elemental Shrine
- Deal 1,000 damage to opponents with waterbending
- Land on water from the bus two times
- Receive 25 passive healing with waterbending by entering water
- Destroy a cabbage cart
- Restore 500 shields
The Earth Chakra
As with the Water Chakra, there are six quests to complete in this segment, but you only need to do four of them to get the Earth Chakra. You can only do these if you’ve already unlocked the Water Chakra.
- Land at an Elemental Shrine from the bus
- Travel 100 distance while sliding
- Destroy 50 stone structures
- Visit Mount Olympus and Coastal Columns
- Use Rock Wall and hit an opponent with Throw Rock two times
- Collect 3 cabbages
The Fire Chakra
Again, there are six quests in this part, but you only need to complete four of them to get the Fire Chakra. You need to have the Earth Chakra unlocked in order to do these.
- Destroy 5 objects or structures at an Elemental Shrine
- Light a campfire
- Eliminate an opponent in 5 different matches
- Travel 500 distance on the train
- Deal 1,000 damage to opponents with firebending
- Destroy a cabbage cart with firebending
The Air Chakra
Just like the other Chakras, there are six quests, but you only need to complete four to get the Air Chakra. Note that you need to have the Fire Chakra to start these.
- Land at an elemental shrine
- Travel 1,000 distance while gliding
- Jump 5 times while using the Air Wheel
- Deal 200 damage to opponents with ranged weapons while airborne
- Air Jump at the Windmill or the Other Windmill
- Travel 1,000 distance outside of named locations
The Sound Chakra
Complete at least four of the six of these quests to unlock the Sound Chakra. You need to have the Air Chakra to do these.
- Visit shrines of every element
- Hit opponents with firebending and earthbending in a single match 2 times
- Use Air Wheel and then damage opponents within 30 seconds
- Launch an opponent with Rock Wall technique and heal in water using waterbending in the same match 2 times
- Travel 1,000 distance using either the Air Wheel or swimming with the waterbending scroll equipped
- Carry one of each type of Bending Scroll at the same time
The Light Chakra
Complete at least four of the six of these quests to unlock the Light Chakra. These quests won’t unlock until you get the Sound Chakra.
- Visit 2 Elemental Shrines in the same match
- Collect Bending Scrolls in different matches 4 times
- Collect 4 fish
- Hit opponents with a melee weapon 4 times
- Eliminate opponents with 4 different weapon types
- Receive a gift from Aang, Katara, Zuko, and Toph
