Over the 20 years we've been working with venues, we've built a wealth of flexibility within our range of products, but we're always open to great ideas. Often those great ideas come from our partner venues, and where we can see general appeal, we're happy to incorporate them into the roadmap.

With over 120 reports and extracts (and counting), we've got something for almost everything - but sometimes a custom report or extract is needed to tailor the information from our systems to get the insight you need, or present the information your way.

Where you have a clear idea of what you need, our custom development team will develop reports and extracts to your exact specification. Where the requirements are a little less clear, we can work with you to understand your organisation's needs and identify what existing or custom reports will fit best into your process.

Whilst reporting is great for detailed information, you may want to present at a glance information to your executive or management team, to give your team a finger on the pulse of your organisation. Tailored dashboards can present timely, up to the minute business intelligence information on sales, marketing, venue availability, financial performance, staffing, usage, and much more.

You may require one dashboard for all key stakeholders; alternatively you may benefit from a suite of dashboards presenting a range of information.
