FAYETTEVILLE -- A single-vehicle crash in rural Washington County on Tuesday killed a Madison County man and injured an Oklahoma woman, according to an Arkansas State Police fatal crash report.
Kristin Jones, 27 of Westville, Okla., was driving a 2018 Chevrolet Sonic southbound on Arkansas 265 about 7:35 p.m. Tuesday when she failed to negotiate a right-hand curve, left the road and struck a tree head on, according to the report.
Coly Linn, 37 of Pettigrew was killed, according to the report. Jones was injured and taken to Washington Regional Medical Center.
It was raining at the time of the crash, and the roadway was wet, according to the report.
