Israeli lawmakers passed laws Monday that would ban the U.N. agency for Palestinian refugees, or UNRWA, from conducting service inside Israel and sever diplomatic ties with the agency. A story in Tuesday's edition erroneously reported that the second law had labeled the UNRWA a terrorist organization, when that had been considered but removed before the law passed.
