The whole communication and the care was great. I had no issue on the loading side. The delivery reps were supposed to call and let us know when they were going to get to the new home so someone can be at the new place.

The way that the men came in and moved everything quickly and efficiently. they worked hard, were friendly and did a good job.

The scheduling and communication between me & North American was good & timely. When I emailed them with a question they responded back to me right away. This is the third time we have used them.

The move went smoothly and I think the initial communication was good as well as both of the movers. The 2 movers were very efficient and professional.

The initial agent, Karl, who came to my home, and the drivers, Karl and his wife Jackie, were amazing at their jobs. All arrived on time and they made the whole move stress free for me. Everyone involved in my move was very nice, pleasant and they made everything very easy for me.

There was some brown liquion n the floor of the backseat of the car that was delivered. When the car was delivered, there was a lot of water in the backseat.

The overall cost and professionalism most influenced my rating. This company was the least expensive and the most professional.

Everybody involved was very positive. They kept me informed as well as doing exactly what they said they were going to do.

The professionalism and the good care they gave. They did everything and got the job done. They got here when they said they would. They were really hard working and they did a very good job.

The overall handling of the move was good. They were very polite. They were good to deal with, and they got the job done.

Ease of communication and the accommodations to the time. We had very unusual time stretch's and our driver was fantastic. Cedric out of David Van Lines in Baton Rouge, Louisiana.

The guys were very nice. They put the boxes where I asked them to. There were items that needed special care. They took care of them. I was very satisfied.

I'm a harsh critic, so this is a good score for me. The driver was great. Everything arrived in good time and he did a lot to make it go smoothly. Timing was tricky for me during the move. The driver was able to make it work and was great.

I work for the company that did my move. The guys I worked with were very helpful and did a good job. I've already recommended the company to others.

The driver of the truck. If I could select him I would recommend him. The loaders were terrific. The drivers were terrific and the loaders and unloaders were fantastic.

Just the overall courtesy and the follow through of the office area. The driver and his helper was very easy to work with and made it very easy.

The driver was absolutely fantastic, the crew that was with him was perfect as well. They had to move some of my things in storage & this was like a puzzle but they did a very good job for me.

The move went well. The packers and movers did great. This was the best driver and crew that I have ever had.

The driver who dropped the stuff of called us 2-3 times to let us know where he was at and his stops. He was awesome.

The calls before and after, the pick up and delivery, the call the night before, and the call when they were done. The driver was professional and courteous. It was two different locations and the driver kept in communication with me as to where he was and what time he would be here.

The total process, the calls from the coordinator, as well as the driver. Also this has been the best move I have ever had.

The communication. The spread took a little longer, I got here before my household items actually did.

This is the second time I used North American for a across the country move and everything arrived ina timely manner.

I have used them 9 times and they have always done a very good job. The items were delivered early and we had to put them in the garage. The delivery driver and crew did a very good job.

The overall experience. The price and the accommodation. The driver was accommodating and they went above and beyond.

The packers and delivery person who was in charge did a very excellent job, put everything where we asked them to .Also very courteous and they were early showing up.

The quality of the guys most influenced my rating. They were all really professional, really congenial and seemed to like what they were doing.

The driver and the relationship. He was the local person who came and picked up and he drove them across country. The personal relationship I had with him; the trust and professionalism. If I could make the score higher for the driver and crew loading I would. I would rate the driver and crew who delivered above the top of the scale. I have already recommended them.

The contact i had with the local person was very good everything he packed up was very nice.He answered all of my questions & assured me everything would be handled well. I was really pleased & satisf with what happened.

The way that my move was handled. I have used NorthAmerican services twice and I have been very satisfied.

This was my 1st and only move like this. It went enormously smooth compared to stories I've heard from other people who moved with other moving companies. There were a few things missing including some service tags. Outside of that, the move was perfect.

I liked Heather at Deltman & Fernando. Everything was very good. The people I worked with were very good.

Very good and showed up when they were suppose to. They were efficient, professional, and I was very impressed.

North American's staff was courteous, friendly, hardworking, and they went above and beyond the call of duty.

Very courteous, followed through, respectful, and I am still in shock and very pleased. Had to have someone to make a crate. Cord movers was phenomenal and have recommended others to them. Carol called to follow up.

I've used North American before & they were fantastic. I would use them again. I was overall satisfied with the courtesy at all points of contact. Everything went very well.

Everything was great up until post del. I had to try to get my final bill. It's impossible to get in contact with anybody. I have a claim for a smashed T.V. stand. My T.V. is pretty much useless. I texted the guy & sent an email. It took Erin Robins 2 days to respond. Today is Tuesday and it was delivered last Thursday. I think the follow through is what's important in a process like this.

I was impressed with the overall move and they did a great job with the delivery and I was very happy with that. The driver and his crew did a great job as well, they were very polite and nice.

Jennifer. She was outstanding. She was prompt, courteous and responsive. She was always available. Carmen was good too. Jennifer was awesome.

The outcome was very satisfied, and the team did everything they were suppose to do. The crew was efficient and very experienced. The team made a small hole in the wall.

How good the crew was. They were very personable, they talked to me, and it was a good experience. I would use them again.

The time and care that was taken. This was the upmost perfect move for me. I used to work with North American. They placed everything where it needed to be.

They made the move really easy, they had great communication, everyone was very friendly and took a lot of the stress of moving off me.

The movers did what they needed to do, and there was a lot for them to move. I enjoyed having them in my house. The movers were very skillful.

Michael Underhill gave us great results. The crew covered our items and had runners. They were very careful with everything. Tammy coordinated well and Jess Turner's price quote was just a little low.

The attitude of all the workers and they were very helpful and respectful. I appreciate North American.

The driver and the coordinator was excellent. They had to use a dolly to transport the heavier furniture down our steep driveway.

I've dealt w/ many companies that were compl horror stories. In beginning, I was concerned about the company I should go w/. North American Van Line's srvc was on time & the price was reasonable.

The courtesy of the driver Matt, he had the greatest personality, he was very calm and explained everything. He was wonderful. He was pleasant w/ my grandchildren during delivery.

I think it was their professionalism and easy to work with. No matter what I'd wanted, they had taken care of it. A wonderful experience.

The overall experience with the people involved the drivers and helpers the people at the transfer and well coordinated. It was an excellent move, timing and pick up and movers were good. The driver was exceptional, called when he would arrive and arrived at that time. His timing very prompt.

From the top to the bottom, all of my items was treated with care. Everyone was courteous and thorough.

The mover's were really good and the time was perfect. They did everything they were suppose to do. The overall move process went better than I expected.

The entire move went very well. They did a fabulous job in unpacking the furniture. The streets were so small and curved that they had to park the truck far away. They were absolutely spectacular. They came early. They handled the piano carefully.

Scott who was our coordinator was fantastic, he always kept in contact w/me. Also our drivers Rhett Walter & Jimmy always arrived on time & they were fantastic, I was very pleased with them.

Mark Anderson did a good job of quoting the job and I was also happy with the service I received from the driver and his son.

Everything about the move process went well from when we first contacted North American. They were willing to do it for 6 mths while we were in the move transition. The ppl we phenomenal.

The delivery was excellent, packing was ok, except items you should have been more careful with. Some items were mixed. Some of the things that were wet should have been wrapped in plastic. I would have been happy if things would have been separated.

I really liked the responsiveness of the agent. He gave me recycled cartons to pack my stuff in. I really appreciated that. There is a missing item or two.

The care and handling of our furniture and the pick up and delivery times. Everything was exactly as we were told. It was done professionally. Ron & Roxanne who worked with Lile out of Portland was fantastic. I'm really happy. Very skilled driver. We have a lot of antiques and they took very good care of that.

They did exactly what they said. The arrival time was prompt and everything was fine. There was one packer and he did a wonderful job. old china and crystal . Not all of stuff was inventoried so harder when I received stuff. I'm missing a dolly and never got it back.

Everything went well & everything was put where it needed to go. The movers helped us get around the doors in our home.
