Women often find it challenging to prioritise themselves. They tend to put others first and neglect their own needs, with various responsibilities like family, friends, work, and personal projects all vying for attention.

Prevention has created a time for Australian women to make their own health and wellness a priority for one weekend, so they learn how to carve out time for a lifetime.

World Menopause Day

The purpose of World Menopause Day is to educate and raise awareness about the physical and emotional changes women go through during menopause and to promote better care and support for women during this time.

Prevention has created a time for women to Take A Pause with yoga in the park. Locations include Sydney and Melbourne. Timing: 18 October
