Easy Jalebi Chaat Recipe For Your Diwali Party

Ingredients for jalebi batter

Flour – 1/2 cup Baking soda – 1/4 tsp Ghee – 1/2 tbsp + 1/2 tsp Curd – 1/8 cup Water – 1/4 cup Oil for frying Ingredients for the chaat Whisked curd Imli chutney Green chutney Red chilli powder Salt Cumin powder Sev Coriander leaves

In a bowl add in maida, baking soda, ghee, sour curd, and water. Mix well and make a lump-free batter.

Take a piping bag and fill in the batter.

Start by shaping the jalebi in the hot oil and let it cook on both side until crispy.

Once the jalebis are cooked, transfer it on a plate.

To assemble, on a plate start by a layer of prepared jalebi and then top with up with curd, imli chutney, green chutney, salt, red chilli powder, cumin powder, and sev.

Garnish it with coriander leaves and enjoy!
