Colin Scanlon is a Partner at Mullen Coughlin. He focuses his practice on representing organization that experience data privacy and security incidents. He assists in determining the nature and scope of an incident, identifying the entities and individuals affected by the incident and ensuring compliance with all applicable state, federal and international legal obligations that result from the incident. Colin also defends organizations against third-party regulatory investigations and inquiries.

Prior to joining Mullen Coughlin, Colin worked for a mid-size civil litigation law firm where he focused his practice on subrogation and casualty defense matters.
