Harvey Elliott joined Electronic Arts UK (now known as EA Bright Light) in early 2003 and published Burnout 3: Takedown, Harry Potter and the Goblet of Fire and Harry Potter and the Order of the Phoenix for the company, running the Harry Potter and Zubo franchise before becoming head of the studio as General Manager in early 2007.

Prior to EA he headed up the Acclaim Cheltenham studio where he worked for about seven years and was involved with titles such as XG3: Extreme G Racing and the PS2 and GameCube ports of Crazy Taxi.
