Do this by posting a cheque under registered cover to Manager Finance, Mobitel (Pvt) Limited, 108, W.A.D RamanayakeMawatha, Colombo 02. The Cheque should be written in favour of “Mobitel (Pvt) Ltd.”, along with the tear-off part of the bill. (Please indicate your Mobitel number clearly on the reverse of the cheque).

This service is available for all postpaid, voice and data customers.
Type the key word “Ask Bill” (No case sensitive) and send a WhatsApp message to 0710755777, then provide the number value based on the required bill copy.

Once you receive the PDF bill to your WhatsApp, customer should provide the active NIC number to open the PDF file.
Yes, a single bill copy can be requested via this service maximum 3 times a month.

The promotion offers Post Paid customers a 3GB data bundle free for bills paid through all online payment channels.
Eligibility is only for Post Paid Individual billing connections. Corporate accounts are not entitled for the offer.
Customers are eligible for the Online Payment promo bundle only if payments are made through the following online payment channels:
Customers are required to make payments accumulating to Rs. 1,000/- (minimum) in a calendar month period via the above mentioned online payment points.
Payments can be made through either one of the above-mentioned points.

Customers who meet the eligibility criteria will receive a 3GB data bundle on the following day from the payment date.
Eg:- The customers who make 1,000 online payments on April 20, 2024, he will be eligible to receive the Online Payment Promo Bundle on April 21, 2024.
Bundles expiry is set for 30 days from the date of awarding the bundle.
Eg:- The bundle awarded on the 20th of June can be utilized within 30 days from the offered date.
Within a calendar month, a customer can be eligible for the bundle only once.
