Australian model and pop star Holly Valance is set to lead ex-president Donald Trump's fundraising drive at a London-based event.

A June 7 fundraiser where tickets cost £78,500 to attend will see Donald Trump Jr and wife former Fox News anchor Kimberly Guilfoyle appear. Nigel Farage will also attend and dubbed it a "Holly party" with the Neighbours star set to appear at the event also. Valance will appear with husband Nick Candy, a Trump donor.

The pair had also attended the third wedding of Boris Johnson and have made waves with their recent controversial public appearances. A series of interviews has since seen Valance air her thoughts on climate change and her home country.

Though Valance had not intended on speaking out about her personal views, she is now set to head up a Trump-supporting event based in London. She said: "It was a funny sliding doors moment because I didn't think anything I said was particularly edgy or profound or revolutionary. But maybe it was a good moment for someone in the entertainment industry to buck the trend of only contributing their latest project pitch or their pronouns."

Half-sister Olympia, 31, was shocked to hear her sibling spouting controversial claims on climate change and Greta Thunberg. Valance had previously described activist Thunberg as a "gremlin" and alleged the "air is better than when I was growing up." Speaking of Valance's opinions, Olympia said: "It was like, 'Oh my God,' when she said all that stuff. I'm like, 'Oh God! Everyone's going to think that that's what I think!' And I don't."

Trump's team is delighted with Valance's support according to The Times. Conservative party members had allegedly discussed making Valance their London mayoral candidate but instead Valance said she would vote for Reform UK.

A representative of Trump's campaign team said: "She's glamorous. She doesn't fit into the pigeonhole." The pro-Trump circles in the UK appear besotted with the actress, with one unnamed admirer saying: "She plays the scene very well. Everyone adores her." The scene in question includes former prime minister Liz Truss and GB News owner Paul Marshall.

Valance was one of three people along with Farage's son and Trump via video link to give a speech in honour of the ex-UKIP leader at a 60th birthday party event. The ticketed event saw Valance heckled by Jim Davidson who called on the actress to run as an MP for the Reform UK party. Valance said: "Not this time, but maybe next time."
