How to qualify for a price adjustment

- Check the price of the product before January 31, 2025. If you find the price of the exact item is now lower at Microsoft Store or at an eligible retailer, and the item is still in stock, your product may be eligible for a price adjustment. See terms for more details.
- Contact Microsoft Store Support to request a price adjustment. We’ll check eligibility and credit your original payment method the difference between the price you paid and the current lower price.

Some exclusions apply.
