S&P Down Jones Indices
In 2023, the S&P Down Jones Indices listed Microsoft as a constituent of the Dow Jones Sustainability Indices (DJSI), celebrating our 14th year on the North American Index and 13th consecutive year on the World Index. DJSI membership is based on the annual S&P Global Corporate Sustainability Assessment (CSA).

In 2024, Microsoft scored above the industry average, landing in the top 7% of the Software Publishing industry, with an overall assessment score of 64, and in the 84th percentile. We scored above the industry average in Labor & Human Rights, Ethics, Environment, Sustainable Procurement, and we are considered a Leader in the Carbon Management Level assessment.
