About us
ManicTime is a time management application, which helps you keep accurate time of your project work. It runs in the background collecting data and screenshots of your computer usage. When you are ready, you can review collected data, which tells you things like when you were at lunch, which applications you used and sites you visited. This information in combination with screenshots will jog your memory, so you can easily remember what your worked on. Based on all this data you can then accurately assign your work time to your projects. At the end of the month you can easily generate a timesheet for all your clients, with confidence that you billed them fairly. The data is kept safely on your machine, not sent to a cloud. Because it runs locally it also works when you are offline. Teams can use ManicTime Server, which is installed on premise, to connect all ManicTime clients together and have reports in one place. Because ManicTime collects a lot of data, server can offer a lot of reports, like when users were at work, when did they start working and how long they worked for, as well as how much work was done per project or client. This works for smaller teams as well as large ones. ManicTime Server comes with an API, so you can integrate it with your existing products.
