This chapter, divided into subchapters, may be cited as “the Defense Production Act of 1950”.

“This subtitle [subtitle A (§§ 1701–1728) of title XVII of div. A of Pub. L. 115–232, amending section 4565 of this title and enacting provisions set out as notes under section 4565 of this title] may be cited as the ‘Foreign Investment Risk Review Modernization Act of 2018’.”

Short Title of 2009 Amendment

Pub. L. 111–67, § 1(a), Sept. 30, 2009, 123 Stat. 2006, provided that:

“This Act [see Tables for classification] may be cited as the ‘Defense Production Act Reauthorization of 2009’.”
