VALLELY CITY, N.D. — The Barnes County Historical Society Lecture Series Season 24 presents "Wes Anderson's “A 16-Millimeter Film Fest” at 7 p.m. Thursday, Jan. 16, at the Barnes County Museum in Valley City.
For lack of a different presenter for the January segment of Season 24, Barnes County Museum Curator Wes Anderson will present another evening of 16 millimeter movies. The events were so popular last year that it's returning with more of the museum’s amassed small collection of mid to late-20th century 16-millimeter educational movies covering a range of topics from national and international politics to science, Cold War, Vietnam, environmental issues, social issues and health.

Anderson has been the curator for the Barnes County Museum since 1997 and this is around his 14th presentation for the series. A graduate of Valley City State University, he is also the director of he Valley City State University Planetarium.
The public is invited.
All lectures are at the Barnes County Historical Society Museum and held in conjunction with VCSU> They are free and open to the public.
